Why Are We STILL Waiting?

As I sat in my quiet time this morning, I noticed what felt like a holding pattern. The energy wasn't "good". The energy wasn't "bad". It was churning and moving but going nowhere fast. It feels as though we are on the edge of breakthrough. I asked the question: why are we stuck here? From the deep resources of the heart I felt my answer: there is a lack of forgiveness.

I'll admit. When I realized the extent of what had been done to the Earth and the people and other beings who live on it, it was a tough pill to swallow. I wanted to cry. I wanted to scream. The hurts and pains of everyone and everything were so great, all my mind could think of was justice and even revenge.

There is a fine line between justice and revenge. While both are attempts to right wrongs, there are differences. Justice looks seeks to stop harmful behaviors by arresting them and making sure they can no longer continue while some sort of restitution is paid. Revenge is an act designed to inflict the same sort of pain on the aggressor that the victim has suffered. The difference between the two is forgiveness.

Forgiveness is not something we understand very well in our society. Somewhere along the way, we were taught forgiveness is an act that absolves someone of the crime/crimes they have committed. Fact of the matter is, the act of forgiveness does not right a wrong. The act of forgiveness frees the victim from the pain of the crime and allows the victim to move forward toward healing and wholeness. Forgiveness says, "Even though I have been harmed, I am choosing to move past the pain in order to allow myself to heal." Forgiveness frees the sufferer!!!

It is time for all beings on the planet, and for planet Earth herself, to say in one accord, "I will no longer be bound by the pain that has been inflicted on me! I choose to move on toward health, healing, wholeness and freedom!!!"

Yes, we need to put a stop to the crimes that are still being perpetuated on humanity and all of creation. Yes, some of these people need to be incarcerated forever in order to keep them from harming others again. That said, this should not be our primary focus.

Our focus needs to be about fixing all those things that have been broken. Our focus should be about healing ourselves and the planet. It is only when we work toward creating a better world that we can truly get past the pain.

Isn't it time to leave our difficulties behind and work to create a new and improved planet?

A Question of Progress

Yesterday was in interesting day. Not only did computer problems stop United Airlines air traffic and shut down the Wall Street Journal, but they also halted four hours worth of stock exchanges at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Interesting timing considering the stocks in China and Europe have taken major hits this week because of the events in Greece. As it happens, the NYSE also took hits--which were, of course, blamed on computer glitches!!!

While the falling markets are definitely signs of progress toward freedom from our slave masters, I believe a word of caution is necessary here. Progress will continue to seem slow for a while. There will still be a sprinkling of good news from time to time, like yesterday's problems with the NYSE. The stuff that leaks out right now is actually really BIG stuff--so big they can no longer contain it. That's why it ends up on the mainstream media. That's also why they give us stupid reasons why these things supposedly happen. They do their best to make sure to put their spin on what's happening so those still asleep are none the wiser. Blaming a computer sounds much better than admitting your whole system is falling apart at the seams!

In the conspiracy theory community there is a long running joke. "It's going to happen within two weeks." Of course, it never happens as predicted. There is a reason for that. The powers that control us have had thousands of years to perfect their game. They are still largely in charge of the mechanisms they use to control our planet. They are still pretty good at containing the damage and feeding us information that will help whitewash the spill. They are fond of their power. Many of them are willing to fight until death to keep it. And they always come back fighting. Do not underestimate them. They have seemingly endless tricks.

We are making progress. The signs are still slow and will continue to be slow for a while. When will this change, you ask? When we change!!! That's right! WE have to change!!! When WE, as a society, refuse to take their excuses and lies as our reality, our world will have finally woken up. Once that happens, the proverbial dam will break and truth will come pouring out as a flood.

We are definitely living in exciting times!!! While progress still seems slow, it is being made. Hold on to that hope!!! Do what you can to BE the change you wish to see in the world. The more of us that play our parts, the more quickly our world will change for the better!!!
