Terrorists Are US!!!

Yesterday, a man identified as Mohammed Youssuf Abdulazeez stormed a Naval reserve center in Chattanooga, Tennessee, killing four marines and injuring several other people after first firing a spray of bullets at the window of a military recruiting office some seven miles away. Abdulazeez was killed by police at the scene. He supposedly wasn't in the government's database of suspected terrorists, but considering his name sounds Middle Eastern and the news is reporting he was born in Kuwait and held Jordanian citizenship there is no doubt in my mind they will just happen upon some information that he was part of the militant group ISIS/ISIL. The fears of the American people seem to be coming true once again: terrorism is occurring on United States soil.

I'm not buying the whole terrorism on our shores scenario, and here is why. The powers behind the United States government and other western regimes are the terrorists. Terrorists are funded and created by the powers that be to justify attacking certain parts of the world, usually for control of a country's resources.

In the case of ISIS/ISIL, the goal was to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Why? Syria and its President have stood in the way of a proposed Qatari natural gas pipeline which would topple Russian control of energy resources in the region. This is why Russia has been so adamant on keeping Assad in power. The bottom line is, it has been our military strategy to fund certain Islamic groups in order promote division in the region and more specifically financially support those groups that are opposed to Syria and Assad.

Don't believe me? You can read the investigative journalism report by Nafeez Ahmed "Ex-Intel Officials: Pentagon report proves US complicity in ISIS". It quotes both former high ranking military officials as well as released Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) documents on the matter.

Funding terrorism outside the US has more than outside benefits. It can later be used to scare the people inside the US. The media promotes the idea that we need to send troops to the region in order to "free those people" from radical Islam. We are also informed there are plans for these groups to not only take over the Middle East but that they want to invade our shores as well.

It is at the point we are made to fear a threat from extremists that "incidents" conveniently begin to appear on our shores (aka a man of Middle Eastern descent shoots up a Naval reserve center in Chattanooga, Tennessee). Fear sets in and we beg our government to save us from this threat.

This is how crap legislation like the "Patriot" Act gets passed--legislation that inevitably takes away some of the very rights supposedly guaranteed by our Constitution. These rights include things like probable cause and the right to privacy. That particular legislation is what legitimated the NSA spying that whistleblower Edward Snowden informed us of.

Search your heart for the truth. The enemy does not lie outside ourselves. The real enemy lies within. It is only by looking at our own darkness that truth and transparency finally claim their rightful place. Have the courage to seek out your shadows and bring to light all that is now hidden. Your freedom requires it.
