The Reason We Fight

Several months ago, I met some church friends of my parents who had come to the hospital where my mom was having tests run. As they had heard various stories involving myself and my sisters, who were also at the hospital, they asked questions in order to understand which one of us went with various stories. Apparently, I said something that hit home because the man said, "So you're the conspiracy theorist." I laughed and confessed that was me.

The irony is, my parents would never have described me to anyone as a conspiracy theorist (even though they know I am one). Until that moment, I had no idea the people from the church community I grew up in called me that behind my back. It does not come as a big surprise (nor does it upset me). I have had quite a few of them unfriend me on Facebook because they cannot stomach much of what I post on my page (which is oddly tame compared to the stuff I research). There are probably many more who have unfollowed my page in order to keep themselves sane. It goes with the territory when you make the decision to be as transparent in your beliefs as possible. I have never had problems standing up for what I believe in, even when it means standing alone.

It dawns on me now that the political divide we are feeling in the United States of America and the rest of the world is really not about differences in political philosophy as much as it about resolving the cognitive dissonance this election has brought up within ourselves. Face it. The world is changing in BIG ways. Change is difficult for most of us in the best of times. When the whole world is in upheaval at the same time, it is going to bring up some pretty big garbage that needs to be sorted through and dealt with.

Cognitive dissonance occurs when our rational minds are confronted with information our hearts tell us is true but are not quite ready to deal with in a rational way. We will run from it, go into denial, argue, and even fight in order to get away from this growing awareness. The thing is, cognitive dissonance will not go away, even if you change who you hang out with or your physical location. Truth will seek you out (and sometimes hunt you down) until you choose to look at it.

How do you know you are in a state of cognitive dissonance? You know because certain topics set you on edge (or sometimes on fire). You feel compelled to argue and justify why you believe as you do. As you go deeper into the process, you find your "rational" arguments begin to lose their power but you argue on. Sometimes you go so far as dismiss arguments altogether, justifying your beliefs solely on the thought the other side is "stupid" or "ignorant" and just hasn't thought it through.

My interactions on social media lately have been interesting. When I post anything that could be interpreted as positive toward Trump, I am immediately labeled an ignorant, conservative Trump supporter and told why my approval is baseless. When I post my approval of the Women's March that swept DC and many areas of the country, I am told it was all funded by George Soros and is just a way to keep Trump demonized in the minds of the people. (I do need to confess I enjoy playing the devil's advocate. I don't expect people will agree with me, but I do want people to assess why they believe as they do.)

My own personal areas of cognitive dissonance involve my own ego when it comes to dealing with personal attacks. I am learning to deal with attacks in positive ways, attempting to bend and adapt in ways that do not break me or my composure. I have a long way to go before I get to that place of inner peace. I'm sure more garbage will naturally appear once this one is dealt with in full. I, too, am a work-in-progress.

The next time someone or something makes you angry enough to argue or fight, take a moment to ask yourself why. It may just be that your heart is bringing awareness to your mind so you have the capacity to face it, deal with it, and heal it. Our whole world begins to heal when we deal with the cognitive dissonance within ourselves.

Are You Ready For The Changes

There is a situation that has affected a number of my old high school friends involving a church and its pastor. The pastor of this megachurch has effectively been fired because of problems with alcoholism. If this is his only problem, it makes me a little sad. What strikes me with even greater force, however, is the thought that this is just the beginning. We are entering a time in history when our problems are going to be unveiled at a much more rapid pace. I feel it important to ask you this question: are you ready for the changes?

Our world is going to get a lot worse before it gets better. We live in a very false world--one where great evil lurks behind a facade of sunshine and goodness. As a conspiracy theorist, I have been dealing with such revelations for several years and have had time to adjust to the process. The thing is, understanding the world is not what you thought it was has big consequences. For me personally, it began a process where my whole world crumbled before my eyes. Nothing was "real" anymore as I began to understand the depth of the deception. I have literally had to rebuild my world from the ground up, and that has not been an easy process. It has taken years for me to feel like I have a firm foundation to stand on once again.

I do believe there is a benefit to some of us taking this journey before the majority of people on the planet. Because we understand the process and know where we stand, we can act as anchors for the rest of humanity when the big chips begin to fall. Conspiracy theorists are here to help keep people calm and focused on the solutions.

There is no doubt in my mind that this is a huge calling. Even those of us who believe we know a lot more than the average person are going to be shocked at times. There are going to be moments when the raging storms will threaten to unmoor us. Still, if we are able to hang in there with a vision of what our world could become, we will be okay. We will make our world beautiful again!

Hold on tight, folks. It's about to get really stormy. Have you made the preparations necessary so that you will remain standing in the end?

Ramblings Of A Mad Woman

I will claim it. I am mad in both definitions of the word! I am crazy and angry, and at this point in time I really don't care who knows. For all intents and purposes, I am a conspiracy theorist--have been for a number of years now. The irony here is, I am no longer angry at the powers that be. I am angry with my fellow conspiracy theorists.

Why am I angry with my fellow conspiracy theorists? While they like to discuss all the alternative news available, they aren't doing anything to further the cause of truth. In fact, most of them are still so caught up in the programming the cabal has wrapped us up in they still continue to play the game!!! It's playing the game that pisses me off so much!!!

For example, many of my conspiracy theory friends still believe that one party has some moral superiority over the other. For crying out loud! Haven't you figured out BOTH parties are equally rotten? Granted, some people are worse than others. Some ideologies are truly immoral in so many ways. That doesn't mean that professing one good thing makes you a good candidate! More than likely they are just blowing smoke up your butt like they always do to try to persuade you to vote for them! There is a reason voting feels like choosing the lesser of two evils! It's because we ARE choosing the lesser of two evils!!! Choosing evil only perpetuates the problem!!!

Voting is another issue I have a problem with. There is no doubt in my mind the powers that be have the power to fix elections. They manipulate caucuses. They miscount or lose paper ballots. They even fix votes by programming our black box computers to ever-so-subtly change the votes to their party's candidate. I know a lot of supposedly awake people who believe their vote actually still makes a difference! Bah humbug!!!

Another game conspiracy theorists still play is believing that one group or another is going to ride in on a white horse (or in a white hat) and save the day! Fact of the matter is, there is no savior! No one is coming to fix the world, not even God. We are totally responsible for fixing it ourselves! The belief in a savior is a mind control program that has been so ingrained in our subconscious that we all look for solutions to our problems outside ourselves. Such a belief takes us out of our own power and places us in the control of others. It is only by looking within and connecting to our hearts that we find the power to take care of our own problems.

The worst thing conspiracy theorists do is to tear each other down. We have a tendency to call one another out for something that is not totally on the up-and-up. I've got news for you. Nobody is totally on the up-and-up!!! It's called being human, and we all struggle in a continuous battle between the dark half and the light half of ourselves!!! While it's true that some of the things we do might be counterintuitive, the fact that there are things we achieve that weaken the powers that be do matter. Pointing out our neighbor's flaws only serves to separate us from each other, allowing the cabal to continue on in their dark ways.

Until we all wake up and decide to take responsibility for what happens on this planet, we will continue to live in the muck. It is no longer okay to just accept the status quo! It is time to search your own heart for the answers you seek. When you get the inspiration to do something, follow that instinct! It is only through following the advice and wisdom from our hearts that the puzzle pieces begin to fall into place. Trust the One to be able to put it all together into one beautiful whole.

Intuition Made Me a Conspiracy Theorist!

Have you ever watched the evening news and thought, "Something is not right here! The facts are not adding up!!!"? Stuff like this happens to us all the time, and yet we ignore the thoughts and try to forget about them. Why? Because it is not okay to be different. It is much easier to follow the "rules" and blend in. I have never been afraid of being different, so in some respects it has been a little easier for me to go against the grain.

My turn to the "dark" side (and yes, that is tongue-in-cheek) came with problems I had with my daughter. By the time she had reached middle school she was angry and depressed and quite difficult to deal with. I searched everywhere for answers: teachers and school counselors, social workers and psychologists. I finally took her to a psychiatrist who diagnosed her with ADHD. While I could see she did have some symptoms, I also knew there was something more going on. I had worked as a residence counselor with emotionally disturbed children for several years as well as many more years working as a preschool teacher. I know ADHD. You can reason with those children, even when they're angry. You could not reason with my daughter when she was angry. If you continued to talk about what upset her she would continue to get more and more angry and would not stop. The only way I could get her out of the anger was to distract her with a totally random subject.

At this point, I need to step in and say that my "knowing" it was not just ADHD was largely my intuition talking to me. I just didn't recognize that's what is was at the time. I never analyzed my intuition when I was using it back then.

Finally in desperation, I asked God what was wrong with her. I heard the word "bipolar" in my head. My first thought was, "I have a bachelor's degree in psychology! This is not what I was taught bipolar is!" However, when I went home that night and began to research bipolar disorder on my computer, I found out that it manifests much differently in children than it does in adults. The anger was a very common manifestation in children, as well as the fact that the mania and depression can cycle through in children three or four times a day as opposed to weeks or months of one or the other in adults.

I began to research what could be done for bipolar disorder, and the answers I found were not good. All the science-based accepted views were that bipolar disorder could not be cured and people needed to spend the rest of their lives on medication! Still, again my intuition popped back up, telling me this was not true!!! I began to do more research into alternative treatments and included prayer in the mix to help guide me to more answers. This lead me to a new friend at work with an autistic/ADHD daughter and the book "Enzymes: Go With Your Gut" by Karen DeFelise. Even though my daughter is not autistic, she does have some symptoms in common with autistic people that made me understand digestion plays a key role in mental health!!! She had digestive problems from the time she was a very small child.

It was at this point that I stopped and looked back at my life. If so much information was being left out of mainstream science in this area, what else was missing? I began to question everything! As I asked more and more questions (and came up with even more questions), I started to understand the world was not as it appeared at first glance. There was missing information everywhere!!! My new life had begun.

It's been a good many years since that first struggle with my daughter's health, yet I wouldn't change it if I could. I have learned so much and met some really wonderful and fascinating people along the way. Even though I still see many problems in the world, I am much more aware of them and can actively work on ways to fix them.

That's why I feel so strongly about helping people tap into their own intuitions. I honestly believe that by helping people connect to their hearts and the wisdom of the One, I can help change the planet for the good of all, one person at at time.

Yes, I am a conspiracy theorist, and yes, my intuition helped me get there. I feel I am much more complete and aware. I wouldn't change a thing!!!

Attributes Of a Conspiracy Theorist

Several years ago, when I was in the middle of questioning the medical establishment here in the United States, I fell into a deep, deep rabbit hole. At the time, all I wanted was better answers for my daughter. What I ended up with has continued to surprise and amaze me. I am still in that rabbit hole, much further and deeper in than I ever would have imagined, but I wouldn't change it if I had the chance. The rabbit hole transforms a person into what is better known as a conspiracy theorist.

There are several key attributes of a conspiracy theorist. The first (and most important) is the ability to ask lots and lots of questions!!! Conspiracy theorists have an incessant curiosity about how things work and questions are all part of the information gathering process. The more questions you ask, the more information becomes available to you. People who ask questions know they don't have all the answers. When you don't have all the answers, you are much more open to new possibilities.

A second key attribute of a conspiracy theorist is the capacity to think and synthesize the information their questions uncover. A conspiracy theorist will look at the data and attempt to make sense of it. Quite often, status quo information will not make sense in combination with the new information so new questions form! Needless to say the first two attributes go hand-in-hand.

A third attribute conspiracy theorists have is courage. It takes an extremely strong person to be willing to stand up to the establishment and point out potential flaws in the accepted information. On many occasions you find yourself standing alone. Needless to say, this is not a comfortable place to be. Many people find this struggle not worth it and decide to leave the questions well enough alone and go back to sleep.

A final attribute of a conspiracy theorist is a subtle spirituality that typically transcends traditional religion. Deep down, conspiracy theorists understand there is a subtle connection that binds us all into a perfect whole. It is this inner connection to all things divine that begins this questioning process in the first place. The bond is strong enough that it whispers to the person there is much more information to be found.

There are many people out there who believe conspiracy theorists are just a bunch of crackpots who will believe anything, no matter how silly--that their "theories" are based on fiction and untested principles. The thing is, all big shifts of thought and consciousness come about because people are able to question, think for themselves and stand up for ideas that are not popular. Look at people like Einstein and Martin Luther King.

Conspiracy theorists change the world. Do you have what it takes?
