Emergence Of The Divine Feminine

For thousands of years, our world has been dominated by a corrupted form of the masculine mindset. Typically, the masculine is what you would think of it as--rational, decisions based on the mind's information and experience set, strength (particularly physical), etc. The masculine is grounded and deeply connected to all things physical. The corruption comes in because these same qualities have been used to suppress and dominate its balance--the divine feminine. Instead of protecting the feminine, the strength of the masculine has been used to control. The logic of the mind (masculine) has been made to seem superior over the logic of the heart (feminine).

The feminine has been corrupted as well. This can been seen clearly in the feminist movement that began in the 1960's. Instead of bringing forth the divine feminine characteristics of intuition and nurturing, feminism was portrayed as women taking on the roles of men. Instead of being the balance, it embraced more of the same. Women were encouraged to leave their "weaker" feminine side to use the same warring and corruption that was thought to be masculine. The corruption was by design because it is the feminine that is deeply connected to the spiritual aspect of life. When you cut someone off from their spiritual base, they feel isolated and separate and will not claim the innate power that is their birthright.

The world we know is on the edge of a precipice. The war, the poverty, and the disease exist because we have allowed unfettered control by the corrupted masculine mindset. Our world is seriously out of balance.

What will bring us back into balance? We can restructure our world through bringing back our own divine feminine natures! (And yes, whether you're male or female, part of your nature is based in the divine feminine.)

The divine feminine is what emerges when we begin to get back to our spiritual roots, and we do this by connecting to our hearts and the divine connection that is found within. This is the place in all of us that has been suppressed for thousands of years and what we must get back to if we are to solve the world's problems. Remember: the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results!

A daily practice of getting quiet is all you need to get started. The following is a simple list to help you get started on your journey of connecting to your heart.

  1. Set aside at least half and hour every day as "Quiet Time". The same time of day will help your body attune itself to the practice. Keep this time sacred!
  2. Make sure the place you set aside is quiet and relatively distraction free. Again, the same place every day will help your body adjust and make it more ready to listen.
  3. Do not judge the thoughts that come! This is important! Your mind will likely wander a good bit when you first get started. Do not be hard on yourself because of it. As with any practice, it takes a while for your body to adjust.
  4. Remember that the breakthroughs come just as you arrive at the point of giving up!
The energy of the Divine Feminine can be found in each one of us as we continue to focus in on our own connection to divinity and spirit. The more we embrace this connection, the better we are able to express our own BEing in the world.

The Power Of Light

I had an interesting experience recently. I had some intuitive hits that my daughter was in danger. It reminded me of all the feelings I used to get when she was an out-of-control teenager. Considering she is in process of transforming her life into something much more positive, I was quite upset about it--even to the point of questioning her. I finally decided to sit back and ask my heart what was going on. The answer I got was amazing!!!

We are at a point in time where the veils separating timelines are fading. Because of this, we are now able to jump timelines easily! What it means is that our consciousness' can literally shift in and out of realities just by focusing on certain thoughts. Although we have always been able to do this, it is much more effortless now. This is why our thoughts seem to be manifesting themselves much more quickly! It is no illusion.

It is more important than ever to focus on the light! When I asked my heart about the situation with my daughter, I was told darkness has been attracted to the brightness of her light. When I get those feelings of danger, I am to focus my own light energy around her as something of a protective effort. Even more important, however, I was to intend that the light I send will be energized in such a way as to transform the darkness into light.

I believe this message is not just for me. We all have the ability to transform light into darkness. That is what our BEing is all about!

Visualize yourself as a solitary lit candle. Even in the middle of a dark room, you have the ability to light up all those dark corners. As you continue to shine your light, other candles appear. They begin to approach as they get to know you. They want what you have, so you begin to light flames on those candles. At some point in the process, you become aware that what was once darkness has been transformed by light!

That is the power of light! It does not destroy the darkness. It transforms it, and the darkness is never the same again!

It is up to all of us to bring our light into the world. Each one has something beautiful to contribute if we allow it to be expressed. It is this beauty--this light--that has the ability to transform the darkness of this planet!

Shine on!!!

WE Have The Power!!!

As I glance over social media this morning, I continue to see several articles badmouthing the new Common Core standards schools in the United States have pretty much adopted. Seems as though everyone (including teachers) despises them, but very few people actually do anything to try to change the situation! Why is this? Don't people realize we have the power to change things?

According to current population studies, there are over seven billion people on the planet. Ever heard the term strength in numbers? There is absolutely no way the few people in charge could control such a large population if we all began to understand we don't have to go along with their plans!

This is why the news media (which they own and control) constantly plays up stories of people and groups fighting each other. This is why we are encouraged to choose sides. If the controllers can keep us fighting each other, we will be so occupied we will not pay attention to what they are actually doing behind the scenes. This is their "Divide and Conquer" strategy and we fall for it every day. A few of them are even hoping we kill each other off in the process. After all, reducing the population makes it infinitely easier to control.

If we took the time to work together (I know, a novel idea) instead of arguing about who is "right", we might actually be able to come up with solutions that work for everyone (and not just the few supposed elite).

It would be really easy to get rid of Common Core standards nationwide. That's why we all need to stand up to the powers that be and in no uncertain terms tell them "NO!" There is absolutely no way they could stand up to even a quarter of the population demanding action.

They know it. And now you do, too!!!

Trigger Points Can Change Your Life!

You find yourself proceeding normally in the everyday routine of your life when, suddenly, something happens to set you off. You might feel angered or hurt over someone else's belief, whether it effects you personally or not. You may have undeservedly received the harsh end of someone else's pain. Regardless of what happened, you were left with all sorts of extreme emotions to handle. I call these incidents trigger points, and if you choose to let them they have the power to change your life!

Emotions, especially strong ones, are your body's way of letting you know an issue is trying to make itself known to you. Emotions are awarenesses coming to the surface. This is why certain people and situations always set us off (and why they may happen repeatedly if you don't understand it the first time). Emotions grab your attention and say, "There is something here for you to learn!"

Trigger points become situations where our fight or flight responses come out. We either fight and make the situation worse or we run away, not understanding that in both instances the problems come back later, often more aggressively. By taking the time to reflect on the situation (before fighting or running away), it is possible to learn what the situation is trying to teach you.

I'll give you an example. I have this extremely good friend that I would occasionally get into arguments with. Often these fights were so bad he would cut me off for a period of time. After this had happened a few times, I got wise and asked why this kept happening when I cared about him so much. As soon as I asked the question, I got this vision of what I now understand to be a past lifetime.

In that lifetime, I was the head high priestess in an ancient temple and my friend was the lead general in an army that conquered the city I lived in. Part of what the army would do to psychologically control the conquered people is to take over all religious structures, and this is how we met. Even though it was all meant to be done in a cold and methodical way, he ended up falling in love with me as I did with him. He even wanted to marry me, but I drew the line at that because I felt I would be betraying my people by taking on that symbolic commitment to him. We have been fighting ever since.

Once I saw this, it put my modern day relationship with this friend into perspective. I was able to see we both had a need to be right and we both had a need to be in control. I became much more aware of my interactions with my friend from that time forward, and I'm happy to say it has become much better as I let go of my need to be in control.

I am not saying you need to see a past life to deal with present day issues. Sometimes when you ask the question you receive common sense sort of information that helps you gain new insights and understandings. The key here is to ask the question! Questions help unlock insights you have previously failed to see.

When you find yourself in a situation where your emotions are particularly intense, stop and ask what you need to learn about the situation at hand. The insights you receive when you open up to the information can change the course of your life. Your life will become that much more calm and peaceful because you have gained the understanding the pain was designed to get you to see.

Trigger points can turn your stumbling blocks into insights if you allow them to teach you their lessons.

Inner Healing, Inner Peace

Over the years, I have done much work to fix all those broken places inside of myself. Sometimes the problems seem endless as I jump from one problem to the next. What amazes me most is how the world around me really does change when something gets fixed and I put out a slightly different frequency.

I've had a really huge personal shift lately because of an unhealthy attachment I recognized and was able to let go of through renouncing the spiritual contract I had with this person. The amazing thing is, because this relationship also affected someone I am close to, the break has helped my loved one in very profound ways. It is almost as though my loved one has changed overnight into a much healthier and happier person. I am blown away by how changed my own life is because of this shift.

Understand those points of stress in our lives are there for a reason. They are there to point out all those things you need to fix in yourself. When we don't have inner peace, we need inner healing.

I cannot heal you. The only person who can do that is you. What I can do is help you identify those places you need to work on. What I can do is offer up some of the tricks and techniques I know of that have helped me over time. Over the next few months, I hope to offer much of that information here on my blog (for free!!!).

When we heal our inner world, we change our frequency. When we change our frequency, all those things we attract into our lives change. Because we are all connected, when we change ourselves we really can change the world.

It begins with a new way of BEing.

The Will Of God IS Your Will

I'm going to share a little secret with you today: the will of God/Source IS your will!

In many cultures, we have been programmed to believe that God/Source is something separate from ourselves. He is also all-knowing and all-powerful. Consequently, God knows what is best for each and every one of us and it is important to defer to his infinite wisdom in all situations. Many of us are all too willing to leave the planning all up to him (and consequently to those who desire our power for their own use).

The thing is, we are not separate from God. God/Source is in us and through us as we are in him. It is illusion that keeps us thinking and believing we are separate entities unto ourselves! The thought that we are separate has been given to us so we willingly give up our own innate power and allow it to be used by others who crave power.

Religion is a funny thing. It was instituted to keep We the People separate from Source and consequently under control through focusing our attention on something "higher" than themselves. The irony is, there are times when believers are able to drop the barriers that separate them long enough to discover their true connection to God! Remembering this God connection is what makes them come back to the religion that was designed to keep them away from God!!! This was definitely not the outcome the controllers wanted!!!

Now, back to the will of God/Source being your will. Sit back for a few minutes and focus on your heart. Do you feel its strength and power radiating out to the world around you? Can you feel its energetic connections?

Ask yourself the following questions. Are you connected to the world around you? Are you connected to God/Source? What are those things you can do in this moment that bring you joy and make you happy? Are those things separate from God? Do those things draw you closer to your Source or farther away from it?

If you are in God and God is in you, your will and the will of God are ONE. Understand that by following your heart--the place where that connection lives--you are following the will of the One.

Why Beat Yourself Up?

I spent way too many years beating myself up. Whenever I made a mistake or did something wrong, I would fixate on it, condemning myself and vowing it would never happen again. At those times when it did happen again, my self-condemnation would take me so low I would be powerless to do anything.

As I look back on my life, I understand how programmed I was. I grew up in a Christian home, which brings its own forms of misery. One of the worst is growing up with the idea you need to hold yourself to perfect standards (aka be like Jesus), understanding the whole time that you are an imperfect sinner! How is that supposed to work exactly? It is inevitable you will screw up, being the imperfect human you are. Is life just meant to be full of self incrimination and punishment?

Yes, I am imperfect. Yes, I makes mistakes, and you know what? THAT IS OKAY WITH ME!!! The fact of the matter is, in those moments I have done everything right I have not learned much. I may have a fleeting moment of pride in myself that quickly fades with my next mistake.

As I look back on my life, I understand my mistakes have allowed me to learn. My mistakes have allowed me to grow. My mistakes motivate me toward new solutions. Mistakes are not the problems. Believing mistakes make you somehow bad or wrong is the problem! Dwelling on mistakes you've made only serves to waste valuable time you could be using to work out solutions!

You are a beautiful, wonderful and powerful being of light and love! You deserve to be treated so much better than what the world has provided for you until this point! Learn to accept that beauty and use it to BE the light that you are in the world!

The Lie

We have been told that nature's way is the survival of the fittest, that man as well as animals are always in a state of competition. They compete for the best food. They compete for the best territory. They compete for the best mates. It is through the struggle for dominance and control that our various species strengthen themselves and become better. We are even shown "examples" of this in the animal kingdom to justify the same behavior in humans. "Instinct" they call it. I'm here to tell you this is a lie.

How do I know this is a lie? I know it's a lie because my heart tells me so. My heart hurts when I overpower another in the name of winning. It feels sadness when I see that someone doesn't have what they need to survive. My heart feels anger when I see people who have much more than they or their families could ever use in a hundred lifetimes taking even more. I know that, when I help someone in need, not only is the other person stronger but I am stronger as well.

None of those feelings indicate to me that competition is a natural thing. While I can see the possibility of a starving person going a bit crazy and fighting for food, I believe that it is more the fact that food is limited than it is that person really wants to fight. There are many who starve to death every day without fighting for the limited resources around them.

We have come to a point in our history where we can no longer survive in competition mode. The quest for money and power has almost killed our species, not to mention the plant and animal kingdoms and Gaia (Mother Earth) herself.

It is only through nurturing ourselves and the planet that we can begin to heal from the destruction this competition has caused. It is only through cooperating with our fellow beings that we can bring about solutions to the problems currently plaguing us.

It is only through connecting to each other through our hearts we will know and understand the way.

The Day Of Atonement

Beginning at sunset tonight (September 22nd, 2015) and ending sunset tomorrow (September 23rd, 2015), Jews the world over will be celebrating their New Year. Called Yom Kippur, it is also known as the Day of Atonement. Traditionally, it is the end of a ten day period where believers are supposed to repent of all their sins in order to make themselves right with God.

I have seen and heard the word broken down a little differently that resonates with me a whole lot more; At-One-Ment. Today is the day to become One!!! For me, that means looking at all those barriers we have placed upon ourselves to keep us insulated and apart from everyone and everything else and doing what we can to remove them.

Separation is an illusion. We are taught we are independent entities who need to rely solely on ourselves, but this is not true. We are connected in unseen ways. This is why the energies we put out into the world always come back to us.

Take some time today to identify those barriers that separate you from your fellow man. Maybe the issue is money or culture or race or sexual preference or any number of things. Look beyond the labels to the person within. Recognize the light that is there. Allow that light to enter the light that is you and feel that connection.

We can fix the world on this Day of At-One-Ment. We just have to remember our connection. We just have to remember that we are truly all One.

You Are Supported!!!

Do you ever feel as though you're alone in the Universe? Does it ever feel that everything is all up to you and  you can't rely on anyone but yourself? I'm here to tell you that your separateness is a lie!!! You are not some stand alone entity--a small drop in a vast cosmic ocean! The reality is, you are part of a great connectedness that is always there for you and always has your back!

My father was an over-the-road truck driver for a number of years. At some point in his journeys, he was in a major metropolitan area when a lady merging onto the interstate ran into the side of his trailer. He knew he had not moved over--that she was the one who had switched lanes. She, of course, decided to sue my father and the trucking company he worked for, which usually results in major money for the car driver.

My father is a good man who happens to hold the belief that God has his back. Close to the time my father's case was set to go to trial, his lawyer caught a break. While he was in the court house on another case, he noticed the day's court docket (the cases coming up that day). On it, he saw the name of the woman that was suing my father! Apparently, she was in court suing someone else!!! The attorney did some digging on the accident victim and discovered she had also been involved in many more accident cases where she had sued and been awarded lots of money. On the day of my dad's trial, his lawyer was able to present this background information and the case against my father was dismissed!!!

My father believed that things happen for a reason and things work out. He felt connected to his Source--connected to the Divine, and he was secure in the understanding that he was being taken care of. When you hold such a belief, you release blocks and allow your life to flow. This is where the magic happens!!!

Understand that when you allow yourself to connect and live in that connection, you are supported. The Universe does indeed have your back! Trust in the Divine plan for your life--the plan we have all worked together to create. All the details will work out better than you can even imagine when you allow yourself to trust that things will materialize in a way that makes everything work in harmony.

You are supported! Trust the flow!!!

The Current State Of Us

I've been observing all the happenings around me. The Shemitah has come and gone with not much changed. That doesn't mean something won't happen on the financial front. I still believe there is a possibility the markets could crash at any time. There has been a lot of talk about a "financial reset". This would involve revaluing the currencies of the world, restructuring the debt system, and a redistribution of some of the world's wealth. I know people who have been working on this for years. My first thought was that they were going to let the markets crash as a way of introducing the new stuff. Lately, I have been feeling this may not be the case. There would be a good many people who wouldn't know how to cope if the markets crashed. They are so invested in the current system (in a physical sense and in a mental/emotional/spiritual sense), a total crash in our current system would plunge their energies to lows they may not be able to recover. With this in mind, the people in charge of the reset (and the ones I believe currently have the most power) may be better off proceeding with a more gradual process.

I believe most of the confusion stems from the fact there are many groups on the world scene vying for power. Conspiracy theorists often generalize the bad guys. There's us and the bad guys, and the bad guys are all working together. Think about it! This is just too simple to explain what is happening in the world. A better paradigm is that there are many different groups working to be top dog. Sometimes different groups work together. It just depends on whether all groups can benefit from the plans. They don't have the same agendas, so their plans don't all work together.

I do believe the Bush/Rockefeller faction of the cabal is losing power, although this has been a very tough one to break down. They have held a tremendous amount of power for far too long because of their involvement with the CIA's drug cartel and all the money that comes from it. This is reflected in the fact that Jeb Bush is not even much a contender in the Republican race for President while Hillary is going down in the polls daily because they are pressing her on her illegal server she used for national business. We will know the clan has lost all power when Hillary is actually charged with crimes. She will be the first domino to fall, and they will allow her to be sacrificed thinking they can hold off their own prosecutions.

The Bush cabal does still have more power than I would like to see. This is reflected in all the problems the Saudis are having in Mecca just before the beginning of the Hajj (the yearly pilgrimage to Mecca), the typhoons in Japan and the chemical plant "explosions" in China. I believe the incidents in Saudi Arabia and Japan are directly because they are no longer just handing money over to the Fed and paying for Bush cabal pet projects. The stuff going on in China has happened because the Chinese have been destabilizing the petrodollar through devaluing their own currency. The only reason nothing has happened directly to Russia, who is also working to overthrow the Bush cabal, is because they still have the military power to counter the US.

We are definitely living in interesting times. As we continue to make progress, it is important to listen to our hearts and not live in fear. Fear will actually take you out of your heart space and into a state of powerlessness. Just don't do it!!! Focus on hope, on joy, on peace, on love! Understand you are alive and you are here for a reason! It is time for all of us to live in our hearts and continue to create the world of our dreams.

Progress may be slower than we would like it to be, but we are coming along. Stay in your heart and take things one moment at a time, one day at a time. The future will unfold in unexpected and beautiful ways.

Finding My Voice

When I was a young child, I had a very powerful voice. I'm not talking about being loud or a great singer (although honestly I did have a great singing voice). I'm talking about allowing my voice to be heard--allowing my wishes and desires to be known. As a result, many of the things I wished for became reality.

It all began to change in adolescence. At that point in time, I was sent messages that there were some people that didn't want to play follower to my leader. While I do think it was good for me to think about other people and take their desires into account, I wish someone had been there to tell me my ideas were still good--that a good leader listens and gives as well. As it was, the message I received made me think twice about what I was foisting on other people. I gradually stopped being a leader. My voice was suppressed by my own choice, but suppressed all the same.

My first marriage finally broke me. I was so concerned about giving to others I no longer gave to myself. Everything I did was for my husband and then my children. My desires were no longer important. I was no longer myself and it showed. When my husband finally left I was a shadow of my former self.

It took me over ten years of searching for my voice before I was ready to invite someone new into my life. At that point, I knew I deserved more than I had asked for. My new husband was good at allowing me to express myself, although even then I still had a long way to go.

It was my relationship with a friend that helped me gain the confidence I needed to once again raise my voice. She invited me to help her with an online radio show she did. At first I helped her secure guests for her show, but then she asked me to be on air to comment on the issues she was trying to make people aware of. She saw value in my views on the world. That helped me begin to value my own thoughts and ideas more. My voice began to grow stronger once again.

I started thinking about ways I could share my voice, and my confidence grew as I found new ways to express it. Today, this blog is one of the main ways I share my BEing. I even have my own monthly radio show to help people connect to their hearts and talk about things they can do to become aware of those intuitive signals they get every day.

You too have a voice. You may not feel that anyone cares, but know that you are a beautiful piece in the Universe. If you were not in it, the world would be a little less complete, a little less wonderful. It is in our BEing we best express our voice. Know the world needs what you have to offer. You are perfectly and wonderfully made. Share your voice. Share your song.

What Makes You HAPPY?

Lately, I have been on a kick where I try to define exactly what makes me happy. In the rat race that is life in the United States, I often get so preoccupied with DOing that I forget that sometimes it is more important to just BE and allow myself to enjoy my life.

While I have explored a lot of options, it is usually the little things that come back to me again and again that give me that overall feeling of happiness. Walking in the woods. Smelling the fall leaves or the spring flowers or the scent of the air just before or just after it rains. Colorful sunsets. Teasing my two-year-old granddaughter and being teased by her. Cuddling on the couch with my hubby watching an old movie. Listening to the sound of rain tapping on a tin roof. The scent of bread or cookies baking in the oven. Soaking in a warm bath with epsom salts and a little lavender. Writing a short story or a poem just for fun. Singing harmony with my mom and sisters. These are all simple things, but they are simple things I can use to remember all those times in my life when I felt loved, content and at peace. They definitely carry an energy all their own, and a very powerful and light energy at that.

So what is it that makes you happy? What brings you joy? What puts you in a state of bliss? What activities can you lose yourself and just enjoy BEing? Make a list, and keep it handy so that you can add to it and use it as a reminder of what is really important in life.

Look at your list daily. Notice if you have actually done anything on the list that day. If you haven't, is there something you did that made you happy and was not on your list? Add it to your list! If nothing made you happy, spend at least a few minutes before going to sleep allowing yourself to BE happy!

Happiness is like anything else. The more you practice, the better you get! Furthermore, when you are happy you change your frequency to something infinitely light and abundant. When you put that sort of energy out into the Universe, at some point it will come back to you!

Spend a little time BEing happy every day. It may just become the habit you need to totally change your life!!!

The Importance Of Dreams

Dreams are funny things. They contain seemingly random people and events that make absolutely no sense (and quite often openly flout the laws of nature). They leave us confused and asking how we came up with such strange thoughts in our sleep. Why do we have dreams and why are they important? Dreams are our sleeptime connection to God/Source.

Even though we don't always understand dreams, they are very important to the human psyche. People who don't go through regular sleep/dream cycles begin to have mental breakdowns. Dreams are our subconscious way of working through issues and problems that occur in our daily lives. Quite often we receive insights at some level. In our sleep we are not burdened by the confines of our day to day world so our hearts are more free to explore the unlimited knowledge that is Oneness.

There are times when we have dreams we just "know" are prophetic. Typically, these dreams are knowledge that is so important for us to have they come through in our sleep. If you are awake and aware in other ways, these sorts of dreams will back up what your conscious heart connection is already telling you.

Understand that dreams are there to make sure all of us have some connection to God/Source, whether we consciously seek it or not. Pay attention to those dreams you remember. Chances are they will reveal information that could change your life!

The Problem With Plans

I have a problem. I never realized what a big problem it was until just this minute. I am a planner. I decide on a destination and look down the road as far as I can see. From that point, I plot my moves as strategically as possible with the information available to me. Then I try and take what actions I deem necessary to move me in the desired direction. Why is this a problem, you ask? Because I am planning with my mind instead of my heart!

My mind has very limited information. It is based on what society has taught me is "appropriate" and what my experience tells me works. No matter how much I plan or how many contingencies I plan for, what my head understands will always be vulnerable to variables I know nothing about.

To add insult to injury, I judge myself in this moment of now when my plans don't work out. Quite often my plans involve goals and little things I should be accomplishing along the way. I have a tendency to be very hard on myself when things don't work out as I believe they should.

The Universe often has a good laugh over our plans. There are many occasions where I have been told things are going to happen in advance (aka destination). At that point, I will make my plans on how I am going to get there. Consequently, none of my plans ever seem to work, but somehow I find myself at the destination anyway!!!

The thing about plans is this: there is ultimately a BIG plan. It's something we have helped co-create with our fellow beings to help us learn and grow and live together as One. Subconsciously we work on it all the time because our subconscious is tuned into our connection to Source through our hearts. It is only when we bring this heart connection into our awareness that we begin to understand our heart plans--the BIG plan.

Plans themselves really aren't the problem. The problem is what you use to make your plans: your head or your heart. Once we begin to go with the plans in our hearts, we discover how much more easily the circumstances of our lives work out. We begin to live in the flow we are ultimately destined to live in.

Forgiveness: The Key To Moving Forward

My first husband left me for someone else. It isn't a subject I usually bring up publicly, as such statements are often designed to place blame. I bring it up today as a way to illustrate the thought processes behind forgiveness.

My divorce was the most painful thing I have ever experienced, including losing my newborn daughter. It was something I did not plan for and did not anticipate. In my way of thinking, marriage was supposed to last a lifetime. Its demise sucked the life right out of me. I felt hurt. I felt betrayed. I felt broken as I struggled to take care of myself and my small children. I mourned for the relationship that might have been. I struggled with the pain for months.

Then one day, I woke up and looked at the pain. In that moment, one thing became crystal clear. As long as I continued to dwell on the pain--my hurt, my brokenness, I would continue to live a painful existence. I understood that holding on to this pain was a choice, and I had the power change it. I could hang on to the bitterness of my circumstances--being a single mom with three small children and watching my ex in his new relationship, or I could choose to let all my hurt and anger go and forge ahead with a new life. In that moment, I chose to move forward.

I'm not going to tell you it was all forward motion. There were days I felt myself creeping back toward bitterness and resentment. The thing is, I was now aware my own personal happiness was dependent on the choices I made every single day. When I noticed myself falling back into discontent, it began to get easy to pull myself back up out of it.

Forgiveness was key to this whole process. I understood that if I wanted to move on, I had to let go of the negativity and thoughts of revenge. After all, I might superficially hurt my ex and his new love if I gave into these feelings. However, I also understood that ultimately I would end up hurting myself and my children more by following through on such actions. I chose not to go there.

Once I was able to forgive my ex and let go, I was able to move forward. I could make news plans for the life I wanted for myself and my children. There were times when new hurts would come up. Forgiveness can be an ongoing process. It is important to work through situations as they come up and deal with them so you can go on with life.

Holding on to unforgiveness is one of the most limiting things you can choose to do in life. It blocks all aspects of your life and keeps you living in pain. Forgiveness does not justify the poor choices of another. It frees you to live a life of hope and promise.

If we truly desire to create a better world, we must begin by letting go of the pain from our past. Forgiveness is the key to moving forward and creating something far better.

Trauma-Based Mind Control

The topic of trauma-based mind control seems like a strange one for a spiritual blog. Today the topic weighs heavily on my mind--so much so I can no longer avoid addressing it here. I present this information now in the hope that, as you hear more about this topic in and weeks and months to come, you will have compassion for those who have been subjected to this programming.

There was an old movie from the 60's called "The Manchurian Candidate". It was based on the premise that people could be programmed to act as spies, assassins, etc. without even being aware. As I grew up, I can recall hearing adults debate on the subject. The general consensus seemed to be this was classic Hollywood fiction--that no one could be so programmed they would do something outside their moral compass. I believe people can be programmed into such behaviors, and it all begins with trauma.

In a nutshell, victims are subjected to horrendous torture and abuse. In an effort to protect themselves, the person's mind begins to partition itself off into separate and distinct "personalities". The psychiatric diagnosis is Dissociative Identity Disorder (what used to be called Multiple Personality Disorder). Programmers can then bring out and use some of these separated personalities to perform various tasks including spying and assassination. Quite often, the victim will not remember what happened because they are not aware of the personality that completed the job.

I believe this trauma-based mind control occurs at the highest levels of our country and trickles down in various degrees to the rest of society. At some level, all of us are conditioned to and programmed by traumas. Take 9/11. That tore at the psyche of the whole world to some degree. Here in the United States, we let the fear of the situation convince us we needed to allow the government to legally spy on us so that everyone was "safe". Even the deaths ("suicides" or unfortunate "accidents") of popular celebrities can affect us deeply enough we accept changes to our way of life without questioning those changes.

Understand there are many who will be charged with crimes they committed as a result of such programming. Search your heart for information. Have compassion for those who have been used as pawns by evil people. There are many who are still redeemable.

Above all, let love be your guide. It is the only power that can overcome such darkness.

Focus On Connection

This morning I feel like I am sitting on a powder keg. Right now, everything seems calm and relatively normal. However, it feels like it would only take one little match to set everything off in flames. It is for this reason I would urge you to focus on your own personal connection to God/Source today and in the days that follow.

Take the time to get out in your environment. Feel the earth under your feet. Get a sense of the rocks, and trees, and water, and everything in your environment. If you happen to be in a city, take the time to sense the buildings, the street, the cars and people. Allow yourself to be very aware of what goes on around you. Be intentional about it.

As you begin to sense individual things, allow yourself to focus on the energetic interactions between yourself and whatever object you are focusing on. Feel the connection and interaction between it and yourself. Ask if there is anything important you need to understand.

At times of great change, it is important to understand your connections to all things in order to gain the wisdom and insight those connections hold. When you feel your connection, you are able to see solutions where many people can only see the problem. You become the answer.

Problems are only problems when you don't have solutions. Remain connected to God/Source and you will have the answers you need.

Cognitive Dissonance

Yesterday was a bad day for me. I didn't spend it reliving all the painful memories of that fateful day fourteen years ago. I had flashbacks all last week of that painful day and how it changed the world. What came up for me (ALL day long) was the painful truth there are still so many people stuck in the lies that have been told about that day.

The facts are relatively simple. There were no radical terrorists with box cutters; 9/11 was an inside job. We did not need to disintegrate our rights to privacy and due process in the name of safety; the Patriot Act was merely justification to collect the information they were already collecting. The people in the Middle East do not hate us for our freedoms (AS IF!!!); they hate us for inventing excuses to invade them and plunder their resources for the benefit of transnational corporations.

We all want to believe the people we have allowed to be in power are very much like us--doing their best to be good while making mistakes along the way. We want to believe it because the alternative is just too painful to handle; the people in power are unspeakably evil. They have meticulously plotted and planned how to dominate and control to the point where they have so much power they can kill the majority of us off so those who are left can function as slaves to do their bidding. Indeed, they have already tried to kill most of us off--through wars, through disease, through poverty.

The simple truth is, until we understand we have given over our own personal power to evil and decide to take it back by taking back responsibility for our own lives, the problems our world has will continue on indefinitely.

It is time to allow our personal goodness and light to shine in the darkness. It is time to step up and become take on an active role as lightworker, peacemaker, and healer. It is time to recognize our own power and our ability to change the world through BEing who we are.

All it takes is the courage to see the truth. All it takes is the desire to be the change. It is up to each one of us to step up and become part of this new world. Together, we can make a difference!!!

Visions Of Peace

There is a place, deep in our hearts, where peace lives. Even though we cannot presently see it with our eyes, we understand it is a real place. We know we have the power to make it a reality. Today, more than ever, it is important to allow this peace to radiate out from our beings to shine its great light upon the world.

A few short months ago, a shooter in Charleston killed nine people in a church, including SC state senator Clementa Pinckney. It was widely reported that the killer was a white supremacist. While this may be true, I believe the emphasis placed on race by the media was designed to build up racial tension within Charleston and the state of South Carolina and promote riots, similar to what had happened in places like Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland.

What the powers that be did not anticipate were the reactions of the people of Charleston and the state of South Carolina. Instead of being filled with hate, the good people of South Carolina came together and said, "We can no longer tolerate hate. We will use forgiveness to heal what is wrong and come together as a community." They carried peace in their hearts. They knew it. They lived it.

When the residents of the state did not act with the hate and violence that was intended, outsiders were brought in to protest in the hope that these protesters could get the violence started. Again, the good people of South Carolina recognized the external circumstances that were brought to them and refused to hate. They told the protesters to go home and take their hate with them.

This is exactly what we need to do today and in the coming months: refuse to hate and allow peace to reign in our hearts. It is time to see and recognize the worth of all souls. It is time to allow those who are different from ourselves the space to BE different. It is time to lay aside the barriers that separate us and create a world where we understand our deep connections to each other and our world.

May we all allow these visions of peace to shine so brightly and so powerfully from our hearts there is no room for anything else! Together, we can all make a difference!!!

A Message For The Powers That Be

On this day, just on the brink of planned chaos, understand that we are waiting. This is not meant to be threatening or even a threat. It is meant to inform you we are not powerless. It is meant to inform you we have no intention of allowing chaos to reign supreme. We are aware, and we are also planning.

We are planning a new world based on sharing the world's resources for the benefit of all. We are planning a world without violence, without war, without poverty, without starvation, without illness, without separation of any kind. We are planning a world where peace and abundance reign supreme. Understand there is room for all, including yourselves, although your job will no longer be to rule.

It amazes me you still fight as though your power is limitless. It is not. Have you noticed that your plans are not getting the expected results? Have you noticed how often you have to come up with new plans to try to reinforce your old plans that are falling apart? It is only a matter of time before none of your plans will work anymore.

You have tried to break down our connection to the Source--to One. What you don't understand is that this could never happen. There will always be those who can connect regardless of what you do, and we are too numerous to stop now. More and more people remember this connection every day. You cannot overcome the power of the One.

We thank you for the lessons you have taught us in contrast. We thank you for allowing us to see the need to hold our own power sacred. You have fulfilled your oath and your contract.

Lay aside your plans and allow the new world to unfold in Oneness.

Seeing Beyond Chaos

I am probably as far away from understanding the stock market as anyone can be, yet even I understand that it is not business as usual. From everything I've read, the experts agree that chaos is being created in the usually free flowing system. It is only a matter of time until a crash occurs. This, coupled with my knowledge of rituals and numerology the powers that be use in their black magic practices, makes me believe this crash will happen anytime between this coming Friday (September 11th, 2015) and the end of the month, when the Super Moon eclipse occurs on the 27th. That said, I believe those of us who see the potential problems and chaos need to be coming up with solutions to get past the problems such a scenario would create.

There are several possible problems I can see happening in a stock market crash. The first would be the wiping out of people's retirement savings because of 401k's. The next would be the closing of large businesses that employ thousands of people--so big job losses. Depending on what such an occurrence would do to the banks, access to money could be limited or nonexistent. Those who don't have a good supply of food at home, or rely on food stamps, might begin to go hungry after a few days. There are other potential scenarios, but I don't want to totally let my imagination run away. I point these issues out in order to present solutions!

What is the solution to people's 401k's being wiped out? The fact of the matter is, the best solution is to rethink our whole financial system. Now would be the time to educate the masses about how the financial system really works! They need to understand that our economy is not based on the assets companies hold but on we ourselves being bought and sold like cattle. They need to understand that all corporate governments are designed to funnel money to their banker owners through taxes, fines, penalties, etc. They need to understand that money does not have to be based on debt but can be based on value (including their own), nor should it be created out of thin air. With this is mind, we can make sure the real wealth of the planet is accessible to all and not just those who would keep it all for themselves. It is not about saving for the future. It is about living in the present and making sure we all have what we need.

Another solution is for people to acknowledge we still have the infrastructure to do business as usual without needing the so-called elite to run it. We can still work jobs. We still have the supply lines in place to get food and clothing to the people. We can make sure people have electricity and water and fuel and internet access to do their daily activities. We only need to see beyond the programming of ownership and realize we have the power to take these things into our own hands (and we can even do it without violence). I'm hoping this is the time Obama will use the NDAA 2012 provision to take over vital resources to make sure people's needs are met. If not, we can do it ourselves.

In the midst of chaos, it is important to see beyond it--past the madness and past our programming. As awakened souls, it is up to each one of us to stand up in leadership and become responsible for ourselves, our families and our communities. By envisioning a positive outcome and a positive future, we have the ability to stand firm in the storm and become the anchors others need to transition into a glorious, new reality.

Change Your Perception, Change Your Outcome

I came into contact with the work of Dr. Wayne Dyer over nineteen years ago--around the time I became a single mom. Over the years, his thoughts and words became a source of hope and inspiration for someone who needed frequent help remembering what is important in life. Although I mourn his death, those things he left behind continue to illumine and empower me.

I have watched his movie "The Shift" several times this week. Each time, it has enabled me to see past the expectations I have for myself and my life. Each time, I have a growing awareness of how all the circumstances in my life that seem "bad" are really just there to help me learn. As I become thankful for those same things, my life begins to "shift" in unexpected ways. Blocks that were there because of my expectations of the way things were supposed to be are removed because I no longer see them as problems. I invite them--even encourage them--to come into my life. I don't judge them. I allow them (and that is why they are no longer blocks).

For example, my relationship with my daughter has always been rockier than my relationships with my sons. My daughter is very different from me. I have a tendency to work within society's guidelines, even while being a rebel in my mind. My daughter is definitely someone who marches to her own drummer. For someone as perfectionistic as I am, having a daughter who does not do things the way society deems them appropriate has been difficult.

However, after immersing myself in the thoughts and feelings "The Shift" brings out, I am looking at my relationship with her in a whole new light. Instead of seeing her rebellion and problems as negative things, I am beginning to perceive them as part of her growth and, inevitably, part of mine. The really cool part is, as I leave the struggle--the block--behind, my daughter's anger and frustration are decreasing. As I no longer feel like I am responsible for her and allow her to be more responsible for herself, she is growing in her ability to be responsible. We still have a ways to go, but things are changing for the better. While I don't expect things to be perfect, I do expect the problems that show up to be there in utter perfection.

Dr. Dyer's quote is really true! "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." When you begin to see the world's problems in their infinite perfection and become thankful for what they can teach you, the problems have a way of working themselves out. They are no longer problems but tools for growth and development!

When you change your perceptions, you change your outcomes. The power has always been within.

The Problem With Expectations

I am a planner. I like to have a goal to work toward. I like to know where I'm going. I even go to the extreme of trying to anticipate and plan for various problems and contingencies to occur because I just don't like being unprepared. The thing is, planning often comes with expectations, and expectations can be a problem.

In my experience, there are two main problems with having expectations. The first is that expectations are often the results of our programming and are often not realistic. For example, here in the US we are told it is important to finish high school, get a college degree, and often get a graduate degree in order to get a good paying job. People are willing to spend boatloads of money on getting these fancy pieces of paper qualifying them for fancy jobs, only to discover there are no fancy jobs available. Meanwhile, the interest accrues on student loans they don't have the ability to repay and cannot declare bankruptcy on. There will always be problems when we look to expectations that originate outside ourselves because we are not following the guidance and wisdom of our hearts.

The other problem with expectations is this: when you expect things to happen in a certain way, you limit what God/Source and the Universe can bestow on you. These expectations literally become blocks that keep you from receiving the blessings that are meant for you! The Universe is infinite and flexible, but when you have expectations you have guidelines the Universe must follow.

When you live in flow, you live in complete trust that God/Source knows exactly what is best for you and has your back. Picture it as canoeing down a river with God literally in your boat. You have never been to this river, so you don't know exactly what direction it will take you in. However, you trust the journey because the river knows its course and you have the benefit of having a knowledgeable navigator with you.

We are entering new and nontraditional waters. Recognize the importance of leaving expectations behind as we follow this new course. Creating our new and beautiful world will be much easier when we allow the Universe to show us the possibilities that exist outside our present understandings.

Remembering Divinity

My self esteem was at an all time low when my first husband asked for separation. I didn't realize how low it had sunk until the last of my identity as wife had been stripped away. As I look back now, the demise of my self esteem was not sudden. It was the work of most of my married life.

I was in college when I got married, but I was quite powerful. I managed to graduate cum laude with a bachelor's degree in psychology with plans to go to grad school and become a counselor. The first blow to my self esteem probably came when I spent time as part of Jeff Lundgren's cult and convinced myself that Jeff's literal interpretation of the scriptures was correct. This meant that, as a woman, I was to take on a supporting role.

After leaving Ohio, I spent the next several years working as a residence counselor in a group home for emotionally disturbed children. Working with children who had been severely abused and neglected took  another toll on me even though certain aspects of it were rewarding. It was this experience in the group home that made me decide I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom in order to make sure my children did not end up suffering in the care of others.

The last couple of years of my marriage drained me of whatever self esteem I had left. My kids were very little and needed constant attention. My husband was a cop and very needy to boot. I really had nothing left to give him after taking care of the children and home all day, and he went to look for what he needed elsewhere.

Being a mom was the best thing I have ever done in my life. That said, it also contributed to my lower sense of self because of all of society's downplaying of the role of mother. In the US, worth is very much tied to how much money you bring in. As a stay-at-home mom, I made absolutely nothing. When I divorced, I made the decision to make my kids the priority. A career took a backseat to spending time with my kids. Suffice it to say, I fell into a "career" of sorts--one that mainly paid the bills. While there were aspects of it I enjoyed, I knew it wasn't something I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

When I felt bad about who I was as a person, many of the people I attracted into my life also felt bad about me and treated me accordingly. I became the patsy, the person to be taken advantage of. Emotionally, I accepted the treatment because that fit in with what I thought about myself. Mentally, I knew I deserved to be treated better. Consequently, I went out quite a lot but had to give most of them the boot once I realized I deserved better. It took well over ten years for me to feel good enough about myself to allow someone into my life who treated me as I deserved.

What I know about low self esteem is this: when you feel bad about yourself, you feel cut off and separate from others--even those others you know care about you and love you. We are at our weakest, least powerful and most vulnerable when we believe we are worthless.

Our society goes to great lengths to teach us we are worthless. It happens at school when we don't make the grades or when we don't make the team. It happens at church, where we are told we are worthless heathens who are so bad nothing can save us except the sacrifice of a perfect being. It happens in our peer groups when we don't conform to the rules of the community around us. This is what keeps us down. This is why we give up claims to our own power.

The truth is, we come from divinity. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience! As the great Persian poet Rumi wrote, "You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop." We are all part of the infinite cosmos, and we are all important in that plan!

It is time to wake up to the truth of who you are! It is time to remember your own self worth. It is time to remember your own divinity!

When The Lies Are Swept Away

My husband believes the garbage the mainstream media has been putting out recently about the President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad. He believes this, even though there is no real evidence to suggest the people of Syria had any problems living under Assad's regime. The fact of the matter is, until the last couple of years people of all religions lived in Syria in peace and harmony. It has only changed since ISIS/ISIL has begun terrorizing the populations of the Middle East.

ISIS/ISIL has become a problem recently because the United States government (aka transnational corporations that actually run the US government) wants to take Syria and its resources over. The development of an "enemy" (that conveniently gets lumped together with the present regime) is just the excuse the western governments need to enforce sanctions against Syria and eventually all out war.

The United States government has a history of going covertly into any country they want to take over. If they can't first bribe the politicians in power to go along with their economic plans, they send in people to create chaos and rioting. Once the country is sufficiently destabilized, they either back the country's military in a coup or they invent an excuse to use the US military or UN security forces to invade. This has happened all over the world in many different countries for decades!!! Don't believe me? Read "Confessions Of An Economic Hitman" by John Perkins.

I have a good friend who was young and married in Chile in 1973 when the military coup took place in that country. A socialist President, Salvador Allende, had been popularly elected on a platform that vowed to take back the country's resources to benefit the people who lived in Chile. Needless to say, the US government (aka the transnational corporations) did not like this state of affairs. After establishing Allende could not be bought off, the CIA began literally paying people to start riots in the streets. My friend witnessed this first hand! She and her husband were both Allende supporters as well as activists. The situation quickly deteriorated into the coup, which later resulted in the military dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet.

ISIS/ISIL is the excuse the US government (aka the transnational corporations) is currently using to take over Syria and any other country they decide they want to control in the Middle East. How do I know this? Here are a few articles, with accompanying links, that back my claims:

If you don't already know that the US and all western powers are the real power behind ISIS (or even al Qaeda for that matter), please do yourself a favor and read the articles above and click on the links those articles themselves take you to to support their claims. This is just a very small part of what is available to those who seek and ask the right questions. (And no, I don't believe everything on the internet is true!!!) Some of these links go to the actual declassified documents and mainstream news reports that verify elements of their claims.

As long as we fail to see the truth that is out there, we will continue to be mindless sheeple being used and led around for the profit of others (and evil others at that). The enemy is not "out there". The enemy is within, and it is us!!!

Someday, when the lies are all swept away, we may be able to lay aside the excuses for war. We may truly be able to create a lasting peace and prosperity that will benefit the entire planet. Be willing to see beyond what the controlled mainstream media is telling you. Together, we have the power to make these needed changes to create the world of our dreams.

Visions For The Future

While we still have relative peace and calm, I feel strongly that we need to continue to envision the world as we want it to be. The more real this world becomes in our minds, the more likely it will be to actually appear.

First and foremost, we need to rethink the financial system!!! Currencies around the world need to be revaluated to reflect more equality in the system. The US dollar has been manipulated to the nth degree in order to give the rich and powerful even more wealth and power. Money is nothing more than a way to "keep score", and it has been badly skewed.

A better world should develop a system designed to redistribute the gifts Mother Earth has provided so that everyone on the planet can prosper! She gives freely to all, not just to a few at the top of the food chain. We have the technology and distribution systems in place to continue life as we know it. We just need to remember it belongs to everyone on the planet and not just those who hold power!

We need to envision a world where disease is actually cured! It is my belief that cures already exist. We just don't know about them because Big Pharma has been allowed to manipulate the system in the name of profit!!! Envision a world where people are not allowed to profit from the misery and suffering of others and we may actually see cures happen!!!

We need to contemplate a world where there is no more war and violence. Realistically, if people have what they need to live on they do not feel the need to take it from someone else. Making sure everyone is provided for goes a long way toward stopping these sorts of problems.

We need to see and understand the worth of each being on the planet. We are all spiritual beings having human experiences. When we are able to understand that and honor our fellow beings, humanity can grow in exponential ways. Be willing to honor the homeless man you see on the street just as much as you honor the President or prime minister of the country! In the spiritual world, status means nothing. We are all great and powerful beings!

It is time to look beyond the memes society has programmed us with and replace them with memes that will once again empower us all. Make sure your vision of the future is a world we can all benefit from!

The Shift

With the passing of Dr. Wayne Dyer just a few days ago, a new hole has formed in my heart (as is true with a good many people). I read many of his books and watched quite a few of his lectures, and his thoughts and philosophies have had many positive effects on my life. That said, yesterday was the first time I watched his movie, "The Shift". I knew about it and wanted to watch it when it first came out, but life happens and I never got around to it. Until now. With his passing, Hay House (his publisher) made it available online for free for a few days.

"The Shift" is several powerful stories, all intertwined and pulled together by Dr. Dyer's philosophy of man's spiritual journey from ambition to meaning. As he elaborates on how peoples' outlooks change, or shift, over time, you can watch the characters in the movie proceed through shifts of their own. In each smaller story, the characters all begin to see a new, more powerful way of operating in the world.

From the first few minutes of the movie, I could sense the power of the thoughts behind it. It literally made me cry--not hard but I could not keep water from leaking from my eyes. As I proceeded to watch, I felt my own thoughts questioning my personal motivations and direction. While the movie does not bring up judgment specifically, I realized I have a tendency to live my life based on all those things I've been taught I "should" do, even when they don't mesh with what my heart is telling me. My thoughts typically run to, "I have to get this done," or, "I need to go here now," instead of, "what will bring me joy in the moment?" Even in my free time, I typically judge myself so harshly I don't allow myself to get quiet and listen to that inner guidance like I should. The only time I consciously allow myself this freedom is the time I set aside daily for prayer and meditation. Not living from this place injures us more than we're aware. It keeps us from that place of flow and abundance.

"The Shift" should be available online to watch for free at this link for a few more days. (The Shift) Take a few hours to sit down and watch this wonderful movie. You won't regret it, and it may just change your life!!!

Fasting For Breakthrough

There is no doubt we are in process of change. As I struggle to make sense of shifting energies, I also realize I am not personally where I need to be at a spiritual level. I feel the need to be more in tune--more connected--than I have ever been in order to meet the coming challenges.

Last night, I made the decision to begin fasting for a personal breakthrough. Beginning today, I am giving up sugar (one of my biggest downfalls), at least for the foreseeable future. In past I have found it not only makes me feel better, but also clears my head. I will also limit my time on social media and other activities that distract me from focusing on what my heart leads me to do in the now.

Intention is key with fasting. The simple act of limiting certain aspects of your life--especially activities that weigh you down--can free your body and mind from those ruts we often find ourselves in. You do need to be sincere in your efforts, however. If you forget and go back to an activity you were fasting from, don't beat yourself up over it. Begin again. The benefits will still be there.

Depending on what you fast from, there will be various withdrawal side effects. For example, when I have fasted from sugar in the past I get really cranky for the first few days as the Candida die off and cry out for the sugar I am not giving them. Cravings can be intense. After a week, cravings are much easier to control, and after two or three weeks they are almost nonexistent as you adapt to the changes. Note that you will always miss whatever it is you are giving up initially. However, as you fill your body and mind up with new activities there will be new insights as you are able to see new perspectives.

If you find yourself in a place where you are not receiving the answers you are looking for, consider doing some fasting of your own. Look at your life and notice where your focus is. Anything that gets in the way of what your heart tells you to do is a distraction. You will probably be able to see things more clearly if you intentionally choose to give that activity up for a while.

We all need answers as the energies change. Make sure you are prepared to meet the challenges that are coming. Consider fasting as a way to ground yourself and get more clear. You may just receive new insights and understandings that help you navigate the changing world!

Freedom From Medical Tyranny

The past few years, I have suffered from an undiagnosed autoimmune disorder. I say undiagnosed because I don't go to American medical doctors. I believe their education is faulty, and I am smart enough to ask questions and do my own research to find natural solutions with no side effects. Fortunately, the pain has been mostly limited to joints in half of my upper body, but when it first started happening it was intense--the worst pain I have ever experienced. As time went on, I noticed it got much more fierce when my allergies were at their worst. Taking care of my allergies really seems to help, but I have also found a supplement that seems to reduce the pain by reducing inflammation. Solutions aren't perfect, but I am getting along.

I honestly believe at least part of this problem is vaccine injury. I have had at least two vaccines within the past ten years. (This before I understood what was actually in them.) Besides the chemicals they add as preservatives and adjuvants, I believe there is some mechanism built in them that literally turns off your body's immune system. (You can listen to an in depth explanation of this mechanism here.)  The other parts of the issue involve things like no nutrition in the food supply and the addition of GMO's, many of which have the ability to kill off good bacteria in your digestive tract (which is where the vast majority of your immune system lies).

With all that said, this morning I am sensing humanity is on the verge of exciting new breakthroughs in the field of medicine! As we get closer and closer to the demise of the current powers that be, more of this cutting edge technology is going to be revealed. The war for control of the mainstream media is being won by We the People as people begin to see how some "news" stories are literally being made up. They will not be able to control the flow of information much longer!!!

What will it be like to live in a world where disease is almost nonexistent? What will it be like when our children aren't affected by conditions like autism and depression and cancers? It's coming, folks! (Indeed, it is almost here!) Get ready to fly!!!

Eyes Open!

Today is the first day of September of 2015, and part of me really wonders if this month will be significant in the history of Earth. There has been a great deal of speculation within the conspiracy theory world about the potential for problems that I feel is worthy of review.

This month is the end of what is known as the Shemitah in the Jewish religion. The Shemitah is the last year in a seven year cycle where the people of Israel were commanded to waive debts and allow the land to rest by not planting any crops in it. It was meant to be a time to rebalance and reset. Interestingly enough, many of our most recent world economic crisis have happened at the end of the Shemitah period, including the housing bubble of 2008 and the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon in 2001 (which had dire effects on the stock market several days later).

I believe numbers are very important to the powers that be and that there are no coincidences. Considering all the volatility in the financial markets lately with the Chinese revaluing their currency, the time for financial calamity seems ripe. If there is anything to this Shemitah cycle idea, September of 2015 would be the month for problems to hit.

Why do I point this out? I believe it is better to be on guard for potential problems. Problems are much easier to deal with if you have some foreknowledge and insight.

The thing we need to remember is this: We have the power to change negative outcomes!!! For years, we have lived under the belief that our financial system is set in stone. I am here to tell you it is not. Our economy is seriously out of whack. When you have a few people at the top of the food chain making billions of dollars while the middle class is shrinking and the poor class is growing, you have serious problems. The powers that be have managed to change things subtly enough that we have not even been aware of the changes and just accept the status quo.

The fact of the matter is, we do not need their financial system. Mother Earth has given us resources to use and live on. We have the ability to create what we need to survive and even thrive, and it is not dependent on money or their system.

As we move forward into the future, we must keep our eyes open. Understand the plans they have involve them controlling literally everything. We do not have to accept this paradigm. We have the ability to change the outcome by taking back our own power! Let's use this insight to create a world we can all live in and thrive!
